Hunt Valley, MD (December 1st, 2014) - The trial between Beynon Sports and Renegade Sports came to a close on Wednesday when the jury awarded Beynon Sports $440,000 in damages.
The jury agreed with Beynon Sports of Hunt Valley, Maryland and found that Mr. Jeff Dixon, President, Mr. Rick Hardin, Vice President, Mrs. Lisa Hardin, Assistant Corporate Secretary, Mr. Bob Lundgren, Sales, Mr. Mikel Chiaratti, Superintendent, and Mr. Noel Gilstrap, Sales as well as their employer, Renegade Sports Surfacing, were liable for Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Intentional Interference with Employment Relationships and Civil Conspiracy.
The decision was rendered in the Clackamas County Court in the state of Oregon on Wednesday, November 26, 2014.
