Beynon Surface leads to 14 broken records at Outdoor Conference Championships

Beynon Sports, the trusted surface of NCAA Division I programs, showcased their renowned installations this past weekend as four (4) Outdoor Conference Championships were held on a Beynon Surface.

The ACC, SEC, Big 10 and Big 12 conference championships took place at Florida State, Mississippi State, Michigan State & Iowa State respectively.

2015 ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships

  • Women’s javelin: Irena Sediva, Virginia Tech – 58.66m (192.05)

  • Women’s heptathlon: Xenia Rahn, North Carolina – 6,057 points

  • Women’s 10,000 meters: Margo Malone, Syracuse – 33:33.69

  • Men’s Steeplechase: Edwin Kibichy, Louisville – 8:33.78

  • Women’s Steeplechase: Iona Lake, Virginia – 10:08.31

  • Women’s 400 meters: Shakima Wimbley, Miami – 50.84

  • Women’s 100 meters: Sabria Hadley, Clemson – 11:28

  • Women’s 200 meters: Shakima Wimbley, Miami – 22.43

  • Men’s 200 meters: Tevin Hester, Clemson – 20.18

  • Women’s 4x400: Notre Dame (Parker English, Amber Lalla, Jordan Shead and Margaret Bamgbose) – 3:31.17

  • Pole Vault: Kaitlin Petrilose, Texas – 4.43m

2015 SEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships

  • Heptathlon: Erica Bougard, Mississippi State- 100 meter hurdles- 13.11 and 200 meter 23.48 Total Score 6250

  • Pole Vault: Sandi Morris, Arkansas – 4.43m

  • High jump: Jeannelle Scheper. South Carolina – 1.96m
